Solid surface materials are among the most versatile materials in modern interior design. Whether in kitchens, bathrooms, or commercial spaces, they combine design freedom with high functionality, hygiene, and sustainability. Pfeiffer processes leading brands such as Corian, Krion, HIMACS, and Hanex into custom solutions for both private homes and large-scale projects. All of these materials share pore-free surfaces, seamless fabrication, and the ability to be thermoformed into virtually any shape.

Corian® –
the classic among solid surface materials

Corian by DuPont is considered synonymous with solid surface materials and has been a benchmark in interior design for decades. Pfeiffer uses Corian wherever quality, design, and durability are expected to work together without compromise.

Corian colour palette & finishes

Corian is available in over 100 colours and patterns – from pure Corian white (e.g. Glacier White) to deep Corian black (e.g. Deep Nocturne). The surface is typically satin, with either a uniform or textured finish. Many tones mimic natural stone, concrete, or marble – and can therefore be perfectly combined with wood, glass, or metal.

Caring for & cleaning Corian surfaces

Corian is exceptionally easy to maintain. Mild household cleaners are sufficient for daily cleaning. For white surfaces, we recommend the Pfeiffer Cleaning Set, which is specially formulated for the needs of solid surface materials. Minor scratches or stains can also be easily removed by sanding or polishing.

Krion® –
a solid surface material in intense white

As a seamlessly processable solid surface material, Krion impresses with its versatility and appearance, especially its intense, radiant white colour, which clearly stands out from other materials.
