Niklas Wech received a commendation in the national carpentry guild competition and took 4th place with his journeyman piece made of local oak with a linoleum surface. We are proud of the top achievements of young professionals! With the DIE GUTE FORM competition, HessenSischler, the state guild association of the Hessian carpentry trade, is looking for the best bachelor and journeymen from the Hessian carpenters or carpenters associations every year. At the award ceremony, which took place at the Mathematikum-Gießen, the patron, president of the state parliament Astrid Wallmann, Hesse's president of crafts Stefan Füll, state guild champion Wolfgang Kramwinkel and association managing director Hermann Hubing honored a total of four carpenters and 15 journeymen from Hesse who had registered their workpieces for GUTE FORM 2022. This year's winning work piece of the competition THE GOOD FORM in Hesse is Marvin Vogel's dining table. Vogel was trained at Herglotz GmbH & Co. Holzwerkstätten KG in Hattersheim. According to the jury, the winning dining table made of solid furniture impresses with its simple, honest, solid and at the same time balanced design. With minimalistic use of materials, a piece of furniture was created that also finds its place in increasingly scarce living spaces and small households and is extremely demand-oriented and future-oriented. Lennard Goronzy from Rabe Innenausbau GmbH in Münchhausen is in second place with his wall-hanging sideboard, Louis Vogel with his bar cabinet in ash in third place. Louis Vogel studied in the W. Korn joinery in Lützelbach. Goronzy's sideboard in Fenix and Zebrano indicates a possibility of movement due to the slanting in the front, but only with a bold grip does a sliding mechanism open the tooth-like interlocking solid wood elements and provide a clear view of the interior. According to the jury, an outwardly simple piece of furniture whose complexity appears justifiable. The bar cabinet by third-place winner Louis Vogel, which appears to hang between two solid ash studs with its gray lacquered body, impressed with its balanced proportions and high-quality workmanship. The interior is functionally furnished with light, stone plate and light veneer, making it inviting. The jury also gave Niklas Wech from Asslarer Pfeiffer GmbH & Co. KG a commendation for his desk made of local oak with a linoleum surface. The patron, trade president Füll and Giessen's Lord Mayor Frank-Tilo Becher brought their pride to expresses the achievements of the participants but of the Hessian craft sector as a whole. In this context, they thanked the companies that supported their trainees and encouraged them to do such outstanding work. Hermann Hubing, managing director of HessentiSchler, who led through the award ceremony, also praised the high level of competition work. In his function as head teacher and managing director of the Bad Wildungen Wood Technical School, he called on the participants to use the checks presented with the prize money and the catering vouchers for the woodworking school for their own professional development. The participants of GUTE FORM 2022Finn Brinner, Tischlerei Pfaar GmbH, Edermünde, Wandregal smoking oakJan-Niklas Fubel, Dotting joinery, Habichtswald, evening accompaniment in NussbaumLennard Goronzy, Rabe Innenausbau GmbH, Münchhausen, wall hanging SideboardMarie Hipper, Luther Carpentry, Darmstadt, FlurbanKanna Huber, Bürger & Sohn Carpentry, Kassel, DeskNoemi Sonja Kirch, Rüdiger Lauer, Steinau a.d.Str., SelmoSahin Kol Extendable Dining Table, Städtische Betriebe Dietzenbach, Dietzenbach, Die Vitrine ClassicoHendrik Lasch, Schreinerei Ertelt GmbH, Bruchköbel, Hallmöbel Chethorben Maikranz, Ralf Stuckardt, Haunetal-Wehrda, tool cabinSimon Gregor Penert, Christian Bock, Bad Wildungen, ergonomic deskJonas Plitt, Lothar Merte, Gladenbach, counter table Clemens Sammer, Holzfreude GmbH, Butzbach, tool tonneKlara Sauerbier, Schramm Die Schreiner, Petersberg, cabinet “bronze in nut” Hannes Seeberger, Mathes GmbH, Hirschhorn, deskLouis Ultsch, Frohnapfel & Sohn, Ebersburg-Weyhers, desk Louis Vogel, Schreinerei W.
